Posted on Rollerfeeder Official PageTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brad fixed my line and our blue healer now won’t go near the line or bother anyone by going into the street after people ! Love the underground systemPosted on Ashley JacobsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brad has been one of a kind, he set up our fence , helped train the dogs, and made sure we were comfortable before he finished his work. We had a few questions and minor issue months later, he even came back out to fix the wire that had been broken from excavating.Posted on Sarah WarzechaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brad has helped us numerous times with our invisible fence when we accidentally cut a wire. Always great service and stands behind his work! Fast at responding and great to work with!Posted on Neil KleinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We worked with Brad on install, initial training, and a follow-up maintenance item and have been very impressed with overall system quality and reliability as well as Brad’s responsiveness and communication. Highly recommend!Posted on Elaine HalsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After reviewing electric fence systems for our 5 month old puppy, we decided on Dogwatch due to the overall system, the 5 star reviews, and extremely reasonable price. Brad installed our fence last week, and by the time he left, approx 2 hours later, we had all the info and the puppy had the training she needed! Brad was great to work with and we highly recommend him and the DOGWATCH system!Posted on Donald BottTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a problem with my fence not working. The transmitter says it was working when in fact, it wasn’t. Brad came out diagnosed the problem. It was a wire that was broken by a fence contractor who then put it together creating a small ineffective loop. We are up and running thanks to BradPosted on Jake RheinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. You Asked, We Answered
The SideWalker is used to train dogs to walk on a leash without pulling and to reinforce appropriate leash walking behavior.
A sensor under the collar strap on the SideWalker is triggered by pressure when the dog pulls on the leash (or when you pull the leash to direct the dog into the desired position.) When the sensor is activated, the dog receives either a vibration or a stimulation. The SideWalker should be set to a level that is just enough to distract the dog from the pulling behavior. Most dogs learn quickly that the sensation stops when the pulling stops.
Several variables affect how quickly your dog’s behavior will change, most notably the personality of your dog and the environment in which you are training the dog. Most dogs begin to understand the relationship between pulling and the vibration/stimulation after several activations of the collar. The pulling behavior diminishes quickly in some dogs and more gradually in others. If there is no noticeable change in pulling behavior after a reasonable trial period, check the collar to make sure the fit is good and the contact posts are the correct size. If collar fit is appropriate and the dog continues to pull, the SideWalker setting should be increased one level.
The SideWalker is safe and effective on dogs as small as 6 pounds.
We recommend waiting until the dog is 4-6 months old.
The components in the SideWalker are specified to operate from minus 25 degrees (F) to 125 degrees (F). A significant and rapid change in temperature may temporarily disrupt some of the SideWalker functions until the device adjusts to the new temperature level.
